If you’re a graduate-level or graduating undergraduate architecture student at Georgia Tech or Kennesaw State University, this is your chance to take your next big step toward a successful career in architecture.

Our program offers a unique opportunity to connect with seasoned professionals ready to guide you through the industry’s complexities. From resume and portfolio reviews to site visits and shadowing opportunities, the milestones you’ll accomplish through this mentorship will help you bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world success.

Ganesh Nayak Visionary Grant for Emerging Professionals

In memory of Ganesh Nayak, AIA, a beloved regular speaker at the Aspire conference, a passionate advocate for emerging professionals, and a dedicated mentor, we are proud to introduce the Ganesh Nayak Visionary Grant. This grant honors his legacy by supporting students, emerging professionals, and/or young architects who embody his commitment to the profession by allowing them the opportunity to attend Aspire.

YAF’s mission is to empower and inspire the next generation of architects, and this grant reflects that goal by providing financial support through a reimbursement-based process. We encourage eligible candidates to apply and continue Ganesh’s legacy of excellence and mentorship. The grant will reimburse up to $1,000 for attending the conference.

The deadline is Friday, August 23, 2024, at 5:00 pm ET.

AIA Atlanta is excited to announce the 2024 Residential & Hospitality Design Awards!

Now in its eleventh year, this prestigious program celebrates outstanding design in homes, restaurants, and hotels, showcasing projects from around the world designed by Georgia architects and those located in Georgia by architects from anywhere in the United States. We’re thrilled to introduce a new category this year: Affordable & Workforce Housing, bringing our total categories to 10!

The RHDA invites projects worldwide that elevate design standards, educate the public on good design, and showcase architects as key problem-solvers.
