AIA Atlanta is excited to announce the 2024 Residential & Hospitality Design Awards!

Now in its eleventh year, this prestigious program celebrates exceptional design in homes, restaurants, and hotels by Georgia architects. We’re thrilled to introduce a new category this year: Affordable & Workforce Housing, bringing our total categories to 10!

The RHDA invites projects from around the world that elevate design standards, educate the public on good design, and showcase architects as key problem-solvers.
