AIA Atlanta Launches the Designed for Next Business Symposium
Wednesday, April 8, 2026ATLANTA — April 8, 2026 — AIA Atlanta announces the launch of Designed for Next, a premier business symposium for architecture, engineering, and construction professionals. The inaugural event will be held on Saturday, May 30, at the Loews Atlanta Hotel.
Designed for Next features a full day of programming built to take professionals beyond surface-level education and provide frameworks to build practices that last.
“Most professional education is built around delivering content. Designed for Next is built around helping architects make better decisions,” said AIA Atlanta Continuing Education Director Craig Dixon. “By focusing on real challenges, peer-driven dialogue, and practical application, this symposium gives AEC professionals the tools to step back, think strategically, and build more resilient, future-ready practices.”
Sessions cover AI in practice, firm growth and business development, risk management, succession planning, and development fundamentals, all led by practitioners who have actually navigated these decisions.
Early bird tickets are now available through April 30. Visit designedfornext.com to view the full schedule and to register today.
