Healthcare Architecture in a Rapidly Changing World
The healthcare industry and society are rapidly shifting, applying dynamic pressure to communities, health systems, and the field of Healthcare Architecture. Regulatory changes regarding Certificate of Need and struggles with provider recruitment are driving new strategies and models of care, stronger drives for speed to market, and a refined attention to the business model. Emerging technology and artificial intelligence are changing both clinical care and design process. The 2024 Academy of Architecture for Health South Atlantic Region Chautauqua will explore how to face these dynamics head-on with success for healthcare systems, patients, and our design industry.
The conference sessions will focus on key dynamics of change facing our profession and our clients.
