Patron Marketing & Advertising

Patrons can send dedicated email blasts to AIA Atlanta members, among other exclusive benefits. You’ll keep control over your content and design, and we’ll review it and send it to our members on your behalf.  Follow the instructions below to schedule and submit your email blasts.

Reserve or Submit

  • 1. Reserve your dates

    Dates are first-come, first-served. Sometimes, we may make scheduling adjustments to avoid unforeseen conflicts or to optimize results.

    Patron Email Allotment

    • Diamond and Elite: Quarterly
    • Gold and Silver: Semiannually (January – June; July – December)

  • 2. Design your email

    Patrons have full control over design and content, subject to our review. We may request changes.

    Design

    • HTML only with inline CSS. Paste your raw code into the corresponding field.
    • No image-only emails. Unfortunately, these can trigger spam filters.
    • Responsive and mobile-friendly.
    • Clear graphics.
    • Creative subject line.
    • Safe for work.

    Disclaimer

    At the top of your email, include the disclaimer:

    Message on behalf of [Company Name], a proud [Silver/Gold/Elite/Diamond] Patron of AIA Atlanta. We’ll never share your email address.

    Content Tips

    • Be creative to catch readers’ attention.
    • Educate and show your expertise.
    • Include clear calls to action.
    • Provide value, such as a guide, case study, download, etc.

  • 3. Upload your email

    Email blast content must be uploaded 10 calendar days before the reserved date to ensure time for review and possible changes.

Be featured in our patron marketing collateral and our exclusive directory. Add your company's information and logo using the following specifications:

  • EPS or AI format
  • Transparent background
  • One (1) brand or company (e.g., either the logo of your parent company OR one of your product lines)
