AIA Atlanta’s flagship design awards return for the 14th year, inviting project submissions across 18 categories in four fields: Commercial, Hospitality, Institutional, and Residential.
From innovative public buildings to commercial campuses and culturally rooted homes, the Awards for Architectural Distinction (AAD) recognize built projects that set the standard for excellence, educate the public about high-quality design, and highlight architects as innovative problem-solvers.
Projects located anywhere in the world are eligible if designed by a Georgia-registered architect.
Winners will be recognized at Build Something Great on Saturday, November 14, the chapter’s annual awards celebration. Check back soon for our 2026 submission guide.
