Ticket pricing for AIA Atlanta events varies and is subject to change without notice.
Discounted Member Pricing
Member pricing is only applicable to AIA members in active standing and 2024 AIA Atlanta patrons. Non-AIA member guests of members are not eligible to use a member ticket. AIA member numbers must be provided when purchasing tickets. Nonmembers purchasing member tickets will result in the immediate cancellation of the tickets.
AIA Atlanta reserves the right to refuse any transaction.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For paid events, cancellation requests received:
- 8 or more calendar days before event: full refund
- 4-7 calendar days before event: 50% refund
- Within 72 hours of event: no refund
- After event has passed: no refund
Refund Requests
Requests for refunds must be submitted by the registrant either through our contact form or the email address provided in the event confirmation. Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
Canceled Events
Sometimes, events may need to be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be issued within five business days of the cancellation, or the registration may be transferred to a future event date if it is rescheduled. If the attendee is unable to attend the rescheduled date, they may request a full refund within five business days of the announcement of the new date.
Health and Safety
AIA Atlanta is concerned about the health, safety, and welfare of our members, staff, and the general public. At a minimum, we will follow CDC COVID guidelines for in-person events. In some cases, the protocols for a specific event may be dictated by the venue or, at the discretion of AIA leadership, more stringent regulations for attending that event. Please refer to any additional information on each event’s website landing page.
Media Consent Policy
Registration for and/or participation in AIA Atlanta events constitutes an agreement by the registrant and/or attendee(s) to AIA Atlanta’s use and distribution of parties’ images or voices in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such meetings and activities. If you do not consent, please submit notice by email at members @ aiaatl.org. (Remove the spaces.)
